USER,you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

how exactly i make this work!,,i have try and is not working,,

edit:
Installing new games.

1. Upload all files in the zip to your forumroot/admincp/games folder. If there is folder structure including other subfolders, upload those as well with the same structure. You can avoid uploading gameinfo.txt as it is not needed.
2. Make sure that you CHMOD the following folders to 0777 for this import:
- forumroot/admincp/games
- forumroot/images/arcade
- forumroot/games
3. Make sure the following files are in your forumroot/admincp/games folder:
- gamename.swf
- gamename1.gif
- gamename2.gif
- gamename.game.php
- index.html
4. In AdminCP, click on v3 Arcade -> Game Tools.
5. Under "v3 Arcade - Mass Game Import", click on Start.
6. Once complete, you should see "Installed: GAMENAME."
7. Done!

for me it worked,,installing only one game at one time,,
