The main website is a Wordpress blog (with a unique theme) that showcases the downloadable PHPLD templates.
Each phpld template is also unique and some of the designs are stunning.
Details: I bought approximately 20 unique templates (complete with PSDs) for the phpld script and got 6 of them coded for version 2.1 of the phpld script. The others are uncoded but they still come with the sale of this website. Each uncoded template cost approximately $20-$40 and coding them cost $55 each. So, the total cost of all the templates was about $900. I also bought the unique Wordpress theme that ties these all together for $120. That's over $1000 in inventory that the buyer gets.
The 6 coded templates are currently running on the domain as demos. You can replace any of the links in any of the templates.
The buyer has FULL rights to all of the templates on the website and they are all 100% unique!
The site got 8297 visits in April. That's an average of 276 visits per day.
The site has a valid PR2.
I haven't really had time to monetize the website properly. Assume no revenue.
