I would like some recommendations for large and reputable firms who offer Windows Managed Servers. Consider us a large client looking for top-notch service.
Our requirements:
1. Must be located and managed in North America.
2. Offer hardware and software security.
3. All patches, updates, etc. updated and completely managed by hosting firm.
4. Redundancy & Backups must be in place, so if anything goes down the server firm can have it backup asap.
5. High uptime SLA
6. Fast pipe, with backup in case of disruptions.
7. Great tech support - phone, live & email with fast turnaround.
Ultimately, we want recommendations on some of the top hosting firms out there who can support what we are looking for.
