They have a number of very customizable plans, the domain name is included with the price of the plan, and their support is free and available 24/7.
They're also very good at covering the gamut of knowledge. I started hosting a site with them around 1998 when I was working with static HTML and didn't know very much about the process. Their support was wonderful about stepping me through the process.
Since then, I've become a business systems analyst, programmer, and database admin. And I have NEVER run across a support technician there that can't keep up with me. I've had that problem a LOT when working with support at some of my clients' hosting companies.
In a nutshell, they have good plans, good online help, a lot of automated management functions that you can access through their web site, and the best customer support I have every run across. They're proactive about keeping their clients in the loop and are very security-minded. They've also been in business for over 10 years, so they know what they're doing.
