What is going on with Acunett?

Hello, Their response was fast and from some point their response time is not good enough.. I have opened few ticket yesterday and get response like 8-9 hours later.. and it was like that on other previous ticket... anyone know what is going on with them? less staff now at acunett? anyone knows?thankswas it a low priority ticket?it was regarding system.. and don't think it was low priority, but should it take 8-9 hours to give 1st response on ticket?Thanksit was regarding system.. and don't think it was low priority, but should it take 8-9 hours to give 1st response on ticket?

I would send a PM over to Acunett here at WHT, Rob I believe. Hopefully your issues will get resolved and this is just a one time incident.
