vBulletin 3.8.1 incl. KeyGen

I have executed the keygen.php but there's no customer license member in there and also i got this message: "You can't continue until keygen.php has not replaced value" when open mysite.com/install/install.php, and I have chmod 777 to all files and folder, except root and keygen.php. PLease help.

Try 3.8.2, instead. Also make sure all files and folders are uploaded asnd your config.php is set up correctly.

I got this as soon as I finished uploading my files and 777 all my files. I haven't filled out my config.php because I have trouble doing that...

I ran keygen.php and it said the files were fixed. I deleted keygen.php and the error is still there so I'm think it's because config.php isn't filled out...

ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME: I am sure 100% that I am putting the right customer number and license number, i am trying to install so when I enter the customer number, the same screen comes up again and keeps on asking the customer number.

You should be able to find where to create a database in cPanel. Create a new database, it will show you the name of the database on that page. Something like username_yourdbname. You place this in the config.php.new file.
