URL Masking and FRAME

We have a product that a customer has asked if they could receive 'branded' with their web site. My first thought was to set up a page with one frame that takes 100% and point to our URL. This should show our pages in a page that lives on their server and mask our URL in the address bar. Unfortunately, the right hand vertical scrollbar is inconsistent in IE6. I have to alternate beteen the middle window control (Shrink/Enlarge) to see all of the content on some of the pages. I do not have this problem in FireFox or Netscape Navigator. Is there a way around this or a better way of doing what I am trying to do?<!--content-->
