[Urgent] How do i use my backups

i just lost heaps of work through! updating my template as i had an error now everythings gone!

Today i backed up my Database under Admin Cp
And in Cpanel i backed up a Mysql and a full site backup!

Please how do i bring it all back?

Asalam O Alaikum (Peace Be upon you)
Well..
I have an Idea..
Upload the complete Data Base from PHP My admin from your Cpanel..
After this
Delete your complete VBulletin Files By using File Manager or FTP Account...
When the all files deleted. (You must know the user name and password of the Database which you Type in the Include/Config.php)
Then
Upload the new version on the your server Via FTP or File Manager.

edit your Include/Config.php and put the User name and password of the Data Base as you used in your Data Base. Use the same Table Prefix in the Include/Config.php and upload it in the include folder.

After doing all
Open the following Directory..
http://yoursite/forum/install/upgrade.php
Now it is easy to install the Forum..

If you are feeling any problem Check the

vb3_readme.txt

from your download.

Cheers budd! i have cpanel and managed to get a saved sql to restore to earlyer on but it made me wake up and relies i really need to study about back ups and how to execute different ways for different results! Better now have problems than a site packed with content and members!

I've found mysqldumper ( http://www.mysqldumper.de/en/) to be ideal for backing up and restoring forums. It is more intuitive than cpanel and will handle larger database sizes, especially for a restore.
