I feel the need to write a small review for Touchsupport Management Service. I have bought the small server management package for around 50 $ / month and used it for around a half year.
Support has been nothing but great. I do get answered my tickets in less than 10 minutes. Even if I mark them with low priority. PHP upgrades, MySQL upgrades are done within 10-20 minutes after asking for them.
First system hardening was done lifetime. There is no competition on market for this price and service. I have tried different other services and sticked with Touchsupport. Recommend them definitely.I've read nothing but great reviews about TouchSupporti've also read good reviews in regard to touchsupport.
