TouchSupport Managed Backup vs BQBackup Rsync

I'm interested to hear of your suggestions regarding the managed backup service offered by TouchSupport at

<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://touchsupport.com/managed-backups.php">http://touchsupport.com/managed-backups.php</a><!-- m -->

and doing backups via rsync with BQBackup.

TouchSupport's offer seems very expensive ($2GB for daily backups) and looks little more than space on their VPS with a custom backup script thrown in.

Thoughts appreciated.If they are taking the responsibility of doing backups (and presumably restores?) off of you then it looks like a reasonable deal as you're getting the hands-on support as well as the space.
If you feel confident to get the backup and restore right on your own then using something like BQBackup might be cheaper - Scott does offer some help on setup etc.I personally am a fan of BQbackup. I use their r1soft product and i love it.bqbackup is not managed - its up to you to manage it. Touchsupport is managed - if they are taking on the responsibility then it could be money well spent.I personally am a fan of BQbackup. No, we just have a backup service that uses R1Soft's software. We don't advertise it to the public, as it is fairly new software.
