I am currently working on an executive search engagement for a world leaderin enterprise application software helping to build their CRM ConsultingPractice. If anyone is interested in talking further about this, please emailme at the above address.Job Responsibilities:?Able to easily assist customers with implementation methodology and movecustomers from design to deployment?Define and develop state-of-the-art web-based and client-server applicationsusing CRM software products, Unix or NT scripts, relational database storedprocedures, and Application Programming Interfaces (API) provided by ourclient's software or by third party software products.?Work directly with customer personnel and the CRM Consulting team to defineand specify application requirements.?Define business process and functionality requirements for Support, Sales,Field Service, Quality and Helpdesk, CRM applications.?Design resource for application functionality, and data structures, integrationwith other data sources, design and development of user interface, implementationof workflow, and the development of data migration strategies and methods.?Work on an implementation team to provide advanced expertise in our client'sCRM applications and provide advanced problem solving in order to maximizethe effectiveness of the team.Requirements:?BS in Computer Science, Science, Engineering or Math. Master level educationa plus.?Proven track record of at least 2 years in the specification, developmentand delivery of relational database applications using Oracle, Sybase, Informixor Microsoft SQL-Server.?Strong understanding of CRM product data models.?Working knowledge of the Unix or NT operating systems and client servercomputing.?Hands on experience with Web technologies, such as Java, JSP, Java Script,HTML, etc.?Hands-on development experience using C, C++ or PERL is desirable, butnot essential.?Excellent ability to manage all aspects of a consulting project and dealeffectively with both internal and external customers.?Strong written and verbal communication skills.?Willingness to travel, as the job requires (estimated at 50 - 80%).?Good sense of humor and desire to have fun!
