Shout box problem

From many days i am facing a problem.

The shoutbox ist working in my forum :(

Previously i was using AJAX shoutbox 2.1 but it stopped working then i used inferno shoutbox it also worked for 1 week and then it has stopped working :(

See it in my site : newmasalaboard.info/index.php

When i try to edit or remove it from admincp then a mesaage comes :-

Code: 
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /admincp/options.php could not be found on this server.

Plz help me ...

it looks like you removed the files from your cpanel/server then tried uninstalling from admincp, if so reupload the files..remove from admincp then remove files from cpanel/server.
