Any reviews about them? I recently read about some problems.. but are they better now? I am looking for full management. They say they guarantee 1hour (or two for basic admin) response... do they just respond or actually get working on the issue?Thanks.I recently left. Wouldn't recommend them...Actually because of the: "We are looking into this..."- two hour answer. Then nothing. And I just get plain annoyed when providers request internal feedback - but only read and reply to posts on WHT.I'm sure there are loads of others that are satisfied - but not me. Not even if their revamped selves has gotten better...
