Hello all, I just want to let you know that <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.seeksadmin.com">www.seeksadmin.com</a><!-- w --> (<!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.seeksadmin.com">http://www.seeksadmin.com</a><!-- m -->) is very very good. My last server managment crew made problems with my servers and seeksadmin found and fixed all problems and now when seeksadmin are in control of my servers my servers are 100% up (for now) and when the servers were in control of last managment support (i won't name them) serveres were having problems, downtime etc... SeeksAdmin.com Fix all problems in period of 2 min or if not 911 call then 10-30min ... I am very happy with them and i hope they will stay this good because they can't be better because they are the best for now :) (good price - awsome support) :) Thank you SeeksAdmin.com for all your help! :)moved to managed hostingI did deal with Tris by the past, he is very and knowlegeable... I too hightly recommand SeeksAdmin.Yes,Tris is a very good,many of them are very good.Thumbs up for Seeksadmin.:agree:I'll be the sour grape then.I wasn't impressed. Left me hanging, but still emailed new offers ... didn't answer feedback and tickets, but posted here on WHT ... after leaving them, they promised they'd get back to me, but never did... Ticket resolution wasn't good. I believe they used the term, not up to par.I hope for them, that the revamped Seeksadmin are better... But I will say that Tris seemed nice, and very competent - but that's just one man out of the bunch.It seams that they have increase prices... No !?!...They may have some problems sometimes, but for the money I think they are one of the best ones.just to add to this thread. We did increase our prices for certain control panels, due to them requiring more work in general. We also changed our package structure and included a few extra things. I do admit we have had some problems at times, the major one was due to an office change so we had fewer staff on shift and when coupled with a large influx of tickets, this didn't go down to well. But I do believe now we are back to the quality we were before the problems.
