That is in the 3.7.x section mate. Maybe it's not compatible wth 3.8.x as yet, and possibly why you are getting the errors.. just a thought.

I would like to use this hack myself tbh, but a bit scared of screwing my forums up.

Well, in the link above it says it works with 3.8 with a ! so I guess it's suppose to work. I've already screwed up my forum with the 2.0.3 version, hoping I can try out the 2.0.4 version soon
