[REQ] Digg like system for threads/news/story submissions

I've checked out tdigg, but it's not longer maintained. I've googled around, but I've only found request for vb 4.0. Would any of you now of any good particular hacks/mods that will allow such a voting system like digg/furl/etc. for new thread submissions.
