15$-25$ like this For a torrent tracker you need atleast 2gb maybe even 4gb of ram 512mb is not gonna cut it LOL don't use vps, go buy a dedicated server for this purpose can i encode or rip a dvd on dedicated server
what is the best dedicated server for public torrent tracker For a public tracker you will need more ram and a vry good processor
try going for a Kimsufi 16G btw 20$ you wont get anything
