wrong place top request in language packs but in full pack of vbulletien in in the install folder i think

Yeah I looked, there is an English language file there, but it can only be loaded at first install of the board, I need one that can be loaded via Admin.
As to wrong pace to post....

do a testinstall on a local box, then go to Language&Phrases -> Language Manager and download the language. Should do the job
