Need a little bit help from coder(s)

Well, i got vb 3.7.0 and im using the skilltest style.
But i got a problem
On the right there are the following things:
Forum Statistics
Forum Members:
Total Posts:
Total Threads:
Latest Threads
Advertisement

But all these things dont show up, and i dont know how to edit that.
Also, under the advertisements part there is a (test) ad, but idk how to delete it.

Can someone help me?

Install the plugin found in the Tools folder.

Ads:
In footer template find and replace:

I am logged in but still get this on some threads, not all just some. Any idea?
