What types of Managed services are most in demand these days? The goal is to offer an appropriate managed services package that is cost effective and covers the most important tasks of managing the server. I have noticed a large fluctuation in the needs of Managed customers and was interested if this is the standard or if there were some common services requested by most everyone.

We offer an initial OS and software install of programs such as: apache, ftp, mysql, email (exim, sendmail, or qmail), php, and perl.
We also provide free updates and repairs on any of that software that we installed. we also provide free kernel updates, 24/7 monitoring, and free advice...
