If you like windows that much that you even want to have the colours and the skin in the acp, then here's the Longhorn Skin for vBulletin 3.6.x.

How To Install:

- Upload "vBulletin_3_Longhorn" to your forums folder (forum/cpstyles)
- Then go to admincp >> vBulletin Options >> Admin Control Panel Options >> select vBulletin_3_Longhorn and press save.

Nah, Longhorn and vBulletin don't go well together. This looks like a messed up version of vBulletin. =P
