Log Out Error

When logging out, the pop up window displays this:

? Undiefined
Ok/Cancel


Wondering what has gone wrong here?

Try to revert the navbar template. (backup the original template before)

Not sure of when or how I changed the Navbar but the problem is now only occasional if at all.
