I guess this could be a request, but I was wanting to know if there was anyway you could not allow users to register if under a certain age on vBulletin?

there is a copa registration that denys anyone under 13 to register but if they lie then they will still get on as a registered user....

is there anyway I could regulate a certain category in photopost to not be able to view it if they are under 18?

you can make a new usergroup and allow only that group to view....example you have a registered member that you know is 18 or over you would go into his profile through the admincp and check 18&older <---this would be the new group and then save now this person shows as registered user but now has permissions to view your photopost
