Is there an anti-bump hack/mod?

I'm looking for something that will prevent people from bumping their specific threads but only in one forum.

The one plugin i found would enable that limit site-wide but i only want it in one particular forum... any ideas?

yeah thats the one i tried but it enables the option site-wide or forum-wide, i just dont want them to bump their threads within one specific forum before a given timeline
