Ask your host to update your cPanel. I had the same problem until cPanel was updated.

I uploaded everything, I went to the keygen.php in my browser and it generated the stuff. Then I navigate to the index.php another tab, but it's a blank page.

From the Instadigi site:

For those receiving fatal errors (File expired) when using the script, please download the new set of updated files from the customer section. We apologize for the inconvenience.

So apparently they know about this problem and it can only be fixed if you're a registered user.

Simple fix! upload the files in binary mode and it works just fine.

What is BINARY mode?

as i get this:
