Hey guyz i am kinda really new to all these stuff
so can you tell me where i can find a free domain?
and how to install VB in that domain??

I made an account
and downloaded a nulled VB 3.8.1
Uploaded all the files from the folder Upload
Then what to do?

You need to create a MySQL database, and edit the includes/config.php.new with the database details, and rename it to config.php

do i need to create a new user?
and Assign Privileges??

Yes you do need to create and asign user

as to the config.php file for now you only have to worry about these sections:

I am just kinda making a forum with all free stuffs not brought 1's
all the scripts are nulled and free hosting
i will make a new 1 after about a year

free site hosts in general are bad. You can get a decent host for $3-5 a month... I hate supporting free site projects as they last about 2 weeks...
