There is a hack just 4 that, u can log in as that user and do what ever u wont on his profile, I downloaded that hack from this forum but I cant remember what is the name of that hack

Put read_pms in admincp.
And cpnav_rpm in. /includes/xml

I deleted that hack along time ago, I agree with u, but what to do if u suspect that user is spreading viruses on forum
