How to IP Ban

okay i have a spammer on my forums and i would like to know how to ban him/her.
I ban there user account but i think it may be more than 1 person.
Is there a mod(For Version 3.8.X) or something that lets me ban his IP.?
Because he/she won't stop

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> User Banning Options -> Banning IP Addresses.
