How to add Adsense & Advertisment in Post with Boot user

I won't to ask how can i add adsense or advertisment logo banner or anything
with a boot user or anything other

example i Post something under my post it will show the advertisment or adsense how to do this to post always when a user post a another post with advertisment please

can anyone do this

I downloaded it and tested. It wants language file. But inside this file'r doesn't working. Vb said, Invalid file.

it takes adcodes to display the banners etc but unsure what script i need to use to display a banner with link. it doesnt work with bb code
