How do I get this on my site?

I am looking to put a big ad system on the top of my forums under the navbar and I want it to look a certain way that I've seen.

If you go to HondaSwap Forums you will see the big advertisements at the top of the page. I want to do this but with Yahoo! ads since that's what I use instead of google.

Is there a mod of a hack that I can download to make the ads display like that?

If your ad script is HTML or javascript, you just add it to the ad location template where you want it to appear. If its PHP then you need to add it to a plugin and call the plugin in one of the adlocation temlplates. The example you have given looks like its using the ad_navbar_below template. It's a nobrainer once you figure out which one you need to use. HTH
