How can I add a chatroom to my website?

I want to add a private chat room to my web site, as it is an organization devoted to connecting people with people to better the world; however, it seems I will have to learn php and then also some other program to do it. I am currently using Yahoo Small Business as a web host, and can either make pages there, or in Front Page, or in HTML.<br />

Are there any programs out there that make this easy so I can get started sooner? I am trying not to spend any money, or as little as possible.<br />
