help. BB codes and smilies are not vsible??

hello,,
I am facing a big problem in my forum..The BB code as well as smileys are noit visible..
It seems that there is bb code is not there at all...

But here:-

BB code is On
Smilies are On
[img] code is On
HTML code is Off

Even being the administrator i am unable to see.. Just the owner who installed it is seeing..
What should i do?

ya 1 thing...i had changed my forum from SMF to vbulletin... and this problem is to all members who had registered Earlier... New membes are not facing this trouble..

Click on a username to edit (yours if you like)
In Browsing Options you need to edit Message Editor Interface

I usually allow Show Enhanced Interface with What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG)

If you want to show your members how to corret this problem:

Have the user access their Control Panel
Under Settings and Options click on Edit Options
Near the bottom of the page there is an option named Message Editor Interface... that is where you may change the message box you use when posting.
