If I am going to pay for Google Adwords, it looks like there are two places for sponsored links to appear.
1) Blue box, top of page (green arrow in my picture).
2) Right column (red arrow in my picture).

I know you can improve your position with higher CTR (cligh through ratio) and higher bid price per click, but how do you get into the blue box at the top of the page?
