I think godaddy is better than namecheap but it still depend on your personal experience.

I have used both Godaddy and Namecheap, and according to me Namecheap is far more better and the main reason behind it is, the lower cost and managing multiple domain at minimalist interface.

Generally people prefer to go with Go daddy rather than Name cheap. Go daddy being a famous and quite sophisticated with good service support
