I am having soem issues after updating my forum to 3.7.4 with the patch
My board is super slow??
Not sure what i can do
any ideas?

It may be my host.. anyone have a good / cheap host?

vboptimise
realtime compressor
gzip mode on (check in your admincp >header and cokies)
set in level 3

and u get faster board
