Fireworks and Dreamweaver

Hi! Im building a website for my cleaning service business. My goal is to create a user and seo friendly website. The question is should i use Fireworks to create a template before i start using Dreamweaver or should i use Dreamweaver as a main website builder and Firewarks only to create images?
PS. Im am new to this, but willing to learn. That's entirely up to you. Create it THEN post questions about on-page SEO before it uploaded and indexed. As searchbliss said you can do it either way.

Here are some thoughts to consider:
[*]Not sure Fireworks does this but with Photoshop when you slice and dice a design then export to HTML it does the layout in tables and the images have meaningless names.

From a download speed perspective, the fewer number of images you have in your page the better. This would be most important if your site is going to
