Hi,

Just like the title says.

I've already googled and couldn't find any information. So could someon help me?

Sincerely, Jamie If you explain the error little more then we would be in a better position to assist you. I'm getting the php error after it says 100% uploaded.
Nothing else, the maximum filesize is 300mb, so it can't be that.
The paths to ffmpeg etc. are right too.
I've looked at the logs from cpanel, and there it does give a 500 php error.

I'll try to reinstall clipbucket, that's my last option. You haven't stated the actual php error...

If it does not display then look for an error_log or php_error or something similar. It doesn't give me a error in my error log at cpanel Look in the folder that it is running and any others that might be a parent. its so cool that i know the solution to this problem as i use clipbucket my self and i have faced this problem
there are two problems one ur ffmpeg is too new and now compatible with clipbucket
0.9.1 is the version ie compatible and u need to Turn on VF in convertion settings
and i guess if u also face this problem with the images then your php is not compiled with gd2 library so u need to install that
I hope this helps
