All I can say is you got what you paid, cheap is only a promotion term nothing else! Hosting server business is very flexible, no law to control how many site you guy can host in a server especially in your area or other country like Russia, China.... if the client pay less all you do is get more clients on the same server until the speed is very slow, you guy lose nothing or even you earn more when the clients pay less but they lose the speed, everybody on the same server suffer the slowness and you blame on their configurations, very bad when all the users can't see what you host doing...

Don't be fool by the price, check out the reputation of that host company is more important!

yes, nulled boards are allowed, first of all there is very less chance to get complain, but if I do, i will move you on my other server.
