Banner too big

I make a banner of 700x200 pixes after i change the banner i found out that my banner is too big any way to make the banner fit nicely without resizing?

man your screenshoot got an url remove your screen or you will get reported, as for the banner i don't get what you want it seems rather small than big, pm me so i can add you to msn cya
