i have seen couple of forums where they have created some BOTS which will keep on posting certain things like movies, songs, or anything.... i wanted to know how is it made .... or what to download for that

it could be some RSS feeds possibly...

In its simplest forms their feed bots.
For example if you want a constant feed of new movie shares, create a new rss feed and enter in the url: http://www.rapidsharemovies.org/feed/
Run a preview and modify the feed as required.
Just don't forget to turn on RSS in vBulletin Options.
