Any info on "The Big Lot .com"?

my friend is trying to sell her RV. She has an ad on craigslist, and someone from "the big lot" called to say that for a fee, they would send her the name of a buyer who was interested. Has anyone dealt with this company? Is it a scam? This is a US company, and we are in Vancouver, BC. They say they will connect us with a local buyer. The fee they ask is $120.00. Any info?<br />
