Advice on Server Management Companies

I could use some advice on server management companies for our Linux/Plesk systems. ServerWizards and SeeksAdmin both have many excellent reviews here, but I'm a little leery of companies that don't post an address so you can't tell who you're handing your root password over to. I also couldn't find a privacy policy or NDA (non-disclosure agreement) on either site. ServerWizards costs quite a bit more than SA, but on the other hand, SA has a MySQL connection error on their technical article blog (which is no big deal but is kinda funny for a company that you pay to monitor your services).Should I go with one of these companies despite these issues? Are there other companies I should be considering? (Platinum Server Management unfortunately does not support Plesk systems.)Thanks,CruzNormally companies that do not provide it on their site will provide it upon contact, thats how we do it. Theres various reasons we do not provide it on our website.I am client of ServerWizards and they sent me all this information e.g. ToS, NDA, address, 24/7 support phone number few minutes after I sent first email to their sales department. I gave them my phone number and they called me right back to address all questions I had about their service. I've been with them for about half a year and couldn't be happier. Huge thumbs up ServerWizards!Sorry for the MySQL error, just doing a totallly new design, pretty much new everything so the bugs will go soon. As for ToS, NDA etc we send the NDA when you sign up before we start (or we can before that if you ask) and our ToS is located in the billing center and you can also ask for a copy of that. That will be in our new design once its finished, sometime next weekI would highly recommend Touch Support. I've been with them for a little over a month and they've been wonderful. They're always on top of any problems I've had and even proactively diagnosed things that could become problems. www.touchsupport.comI can highly recommend Seeksadmin. I've been using them for a while now and I've got a couple of their staff on MSN. And they are very very friendly and they always fix your problems quickly. Thanks for all the input, everyone. Lots of positive reviews and more choices, and no reason to rule anyone out. This didn't make anything easier! But I guess that's good!PSM have a good reviews here and price pretty goodI recommend SeeksAdmin and Rack911Another great company is ServerSupportGuys.comPSM have a good reviews here and price pretty goodYeah, but they can't support Plesk servers. I emailed them to ask about this specifically and they said no.Yes that is right. PSM only supports cPanel and a few OS's as well. However, if you are going with cPanel, PSM is another great option.I would have to swing to ServerSupportGuys as they handle most of the popular control panels and the same for OS.Another great company is ServerSupportGuys.com

we have quite a few clients using SSG - and they are great guys to deal with I hear...Another vote for SeeksAdmin. Their responses AND resolutions are extremely quick. They also take the time to explain to you what they did instead of "Your issue is fixed". Tris took the time to answer alot of pre-sales questions that I had that I didn't find answers to on the site.Another vote for SeeksAdmin here too ... :D p.s. will i get discount in my nxt subs :p @ TrisThe only company that I really haven't heard of any complaints about is touchsupport.comThe only company that I really haven't heard of any complaints about is touchsupport.com

Because, they are simply amazing.

I always get a response in less than 5-15 minutes and they do the job well. What is the company who offer the most proactive server management? What is the best one for total unexperienced people who don't know nothing about managing a server? What is the company who offer the most proactive server management?

Also interested in this. Currently with Servstra and had lots of trouble for a few days now...I have been using Platinum server management to maintain my three servers and so far they seem to be ok

Has anyone else used these guys

delAlso interested in this. ..Me too.I don't see the point to paying a non-proactive server management company when your host can just do anything you ask within minutes. To me, you should never have to call your server management company. They are supposed to act so that problems never arise.I don't want to ever have to request anything anymore.I would highly recommend http://www.totalserversolutions.com/

These guys are right on the ball and always answered any support questions within minutes..Me too.
