I have two forums, vBulletin 3.8.3 on two different servers

at first this plugin works perfectly

on the other as if I did not install anything

why?

I have installed but could not see anything like who's downloaded. Whether i have to change something in my vbulletin options?

Rebuild bitfields...
Or just go to any usergrop (edit) and click on the bottom on Save - that will rebuild bitfields.
