I found this and it comes from a very good source but will take a look myself now.

Quick edit:
Checked and everything is working fine make sure you have uploaded images to: images/cardinal

in this style vbskinworks have used a Replacement Variable:
PHP: 
{IF}
for image path.

Can you show me a screenshot of whats suppost to be there as I am banned from vbskinworks so have to use a proxie to visit but cant register or sign in due to this and so can't see what is suppost to be there once logged in.

If we put any notice...it will come there...or else it will be blank...

Can some one please tell me what the error is as I cant see any difference between the 2 images, apart from the notice in 2nd which will obviously only show if a notce is created. ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
