I just don't have the time nor the desire to maintain it, so I am selling my recipe website.
The details are as follows...
1. It was originally a turnkey website, so the design is NOT unique.
2. The site came with somewhere around 40-50 recipes but now has over 640 recipes.
(So, the content is mostly {90-95%} unique)
3. There are 875 members that you can send newsletters to from the admin panel.
4. The domain is about 4 years old and I have owned it that entire time.
5. The domain has a valid PR2.
6. The site receives about 500 visits per month and I do ZERO advertising for it.
7. Assume no income. I haven't really monitized the site very well.
8. Income can come from sponsored links and banners on the site as well as sponsored links in the newsletters. You could also put AdSense and/or affiliate links on the site to make money. The potential is definitely there.
9. The site was down from March 2007 to December 2007.
