The Liberal Party provide a list of only 7 recently announced policies along with a bloated pdf document, again over-glorifying the current government's past effort, while continuing to ignore serious and neglected issues, and failing to deliver any solid commitments for the future of Australia.<br />

No they don't have any more policies except how to sneak back in if they can, their policies don't have a grain of truth about them, because if they did Australia would've had a better Health service, better Education, better Climate Report, and better Energy Policy, but seeing that they don't ,and also seeing that all this money splashing arround from the Liberal party , who's money is he splashing around just to get back in.

Coalitions are not formed on the basis of common policies , otherwise there would not be different parties .
Coalition is formed on one policy -grab power and then decide and evolve how to stick to it

Yeah they have policies.....rip the guts out of services, make workers work for sh#t pay and conditions, more lies and deciet, don't set targets for climate change, slug us with record taxes, spend billions on fighting wars in overseas countries meanwhile our education, hospitals, water, environment and social servise turn to crap.

Until the eve of election campaign Liberals had no policy on climate change except ignoring it - now they are PROMISING to do studies and invest in alternative power - does anybody need reminding about their track record on promises?

The Liberals actually have only a few policies, run fear campaigns on the opposition, run down enough public infrastructure and sell off enough public property to buy votes in the marginal seats at election time and above all smash down any hope of giving workers any say in their working conditions - remember last year Costello promised at a business convention to extend workchoices in the next term.

Howard is a reationary policy maker, a mostly "stand for nothing" position that lets him gauge public opinion and make a clear, popular decision.

His party however is losing its conservative values and replacing its policies with neo-conservative mantras, particularly economic and (mono)cultural. The mining boom can't sustain us forever and history shows that the Libs rely on it.
