Whats wrong with my laptop?

Now I have a lot of information to give you. First of all, I have a Gateway that runs on Windows Vista and has 4GB of RAM. Could it be the internet where like I saw it has a bad web error and gives me that? I'm going to the Tech Desk tomorrow with my laptop to see what they could do and I may have to call Gateway. I also have access to the wireless. What should I do?
