They are up and about 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365. They are really cool people, they have been in business for years and know what they are doing. You have unlimited admin time, so you dont have to worry about paying xx amount for limited work, or have to worry about a freelancer complaning or not on when you really really need them. With PSM (Platinum Server Management) you can expect nothing but a bunch of great people, real down to earth and very proffesional. They are dedicated to work and get the job done. I would highly recommend you look into using their company.
