VBSkinworks Muggled 3.8 ported by Filez

A vBteam port dont claim it as yours.

All files have been updated to meet 3.8.0 and gfx added where needed.

There is also and amber alert added to the header if you dont want it then just go into the header and remove the amber code.

Please disreguard the xml in the zip and use this one as it had a bug and is fixed. Thanks to blacknight who advised me of the bug..good job =)

The tcattle should now show the correct graphics. 02-07-09 updated
