vBSkinclub fixed (& sidebar support)

I was not really about to releasse this skin, but since I converted my forum to a other system I decided to do it anyway. It is the vBSkinclub fixed with javascriptkeyboard, and sidebar can be added with the sidebar mode, positions are already fixed. It was also to work with MGC Evolution Chatbox. Logintemplate has been heavy altered. Width of forum can be determinated in the CSS.
